I appear to be the only person who thinks it’s creepy. None of us were ready for this mind-blowing Groot news. Although technically he is “dead” baby Groot is still him, the method of plant propagation seen in the film is asexually done, so baby Groot is genetically identical as his “father” and therefore is more like a clone of Groot than an offspring.

People can’t even have fun anymore without people making crappy, Mama of Drama girl mom shirt, awful comments about people’s lives just because they can. They’re having a baby.
